When purchasing your Toronto-Niagara Combo, you will be asked to specify the date you would like to travel to Niagara, and you will be asked to provide your preferred pickup location or hotel name.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to collect you at your preferred location, we will reach out to you using the contact details provided by you during the booking process.
We will contact you by email the day before your Niagara Falls Day Tour to confirm what your pickup time and location will be on the day of your Niagara trip. Please check your emails for this message from us. If you have purchased Niagara Hornblower boat tour tickets from us along with your Niagara ticket, we will send you a separate email containing the QR code for the Voyage to the Falls Boat Tour.
Upon purchasing a Toronto-Niagara combo, you will be sent an E-Ticket. On this E-Ticket, the QR code that is attached to the photo of our double-decker bus is what you will present on the day you decide to join the Toronto Hop-on Hop-off City Tour. You will not need to print this E-Ticket - having the QR code available on your phone is all that is required. Unlike the Niagara portion of your Toronto-Niagara combo, the day and time that you decide to redeem your Toronto Hop-on Hop-off City Tour is flexible and no advance booking for the Toronto tour is necessary. Your Toronto Hop-on Hop-off City Tour tickets will be valid for a 24-hour period from when they are redeemed by one of our agents onsite. Please consult the Schedule page on this website for current Toronto Hop-on Hop-off City Tour pickup times and locations. You will not need to present your QR code for the Niagara Falls Day Tour.
